AJSE policy of Screening Manuscript for Plagiarism:

Papers submitted to AJSE will be screened for plagiarism using CrossCheck / iThenticate plagiarism detection tools. It is important for all authors to recognize that plagiarism in any form, at any level, is unacceptable and is considered a serious breach of professional conduct, with potentially severe ethical and legal consequences. AJSE and ORP will immediately reject papers without reviewing the paper leading to plagiarism or self-plagiarism.

AIUB ORP and AJSE strictly follows IEEE guideline for plagiarism. IEEE defines plagiarism as the reuse of someone else's prior processes, results, or words without explicitly acknowledging the original author and source.

Multiple submissions:

Papers submitted to AJSE for review must not submit simultaneously (during review process) to another conference or journal, or for other forms of publication without formally withdrawing the submission. Once a case of such submission has been established, the paper(s) in question will be immediately declined for publication by the AIUB ORP and AJSE followed by appropriate legal/disciplinary action.

Data fabrication and falsification:

Data fabrication means the researcher did not actually do the study, but made up data. Data falsification means the researcher did the experiment, but then changed some of the data. The sole responsibility and legal accusation must be met by the paper author(s) for any of these practices. Editor / reviewer / publisher none can be hold responsible to Data fabrication and falsification has been published.
